Physiotherapy
I offer physiotherapy services out of REclaim Physiotherapy, located in the west end of Ottawa at 30 Edgewater St. Unit 124, treating musculoskeletal injuries and concerns.
This starts with a 45 or 60 minute initial assessment in a private treatment room with access to open gym space including a treadmill and squat rack. Based on this assessment, we will work together to build and implement your injury recovery plan.
Further follow-ups of 30, 45 or 60 minutes can be scheduled, as desired and recommended to adjust and progress your injury recovery plan and get you back to moving with joy!
Virtual Physiotherapy
I offer virtual physiotherapy services treating musculoskeletal injuries and concerns to residents of Ontario.
Similar to in-person physiotherapy, this starts with a 45 or 60 minute initial assessment where we establish your current injury issues and rehabilitation goals. From here we build your injury recovery plan and have follow-ups along your journey to enable coaching and guidance as you progress and rebuild back to joyful movement.
Every session includes a virtual session email summary and exercise instructions with video for clarity of communication in this virtual format.
Strength Assessment
A strength assessment is a 60 minute session, in-person or virtual, focused on building a strength routine tailored to your current injury and health status, goals and personal preferences.
Dealing with lingering running injuries? Received a recent osteoarthritis or osteoporosis diagnosis? Looking to support your longevity in sport with strength exercise?
This offering is designed to help you fill the gap between injuries and joy, longevity in movement and sport performance through individualized strength programming.
Workshops & Speaking Engagements
I believe in empowering people with practical information about how to rebuild their strength and restore joyful movement after injury.
I am available for speaking engagements and workshops relating to strength for runners, longevity in running and beginner strength training.
