Strength Assessment

A strength assessment is a 60-minute session where the focus is on assessing your current strength level and building a strengthening plan to fit your personal needs and goals.

I have built this offering to maximize the benefit patients can get from my training and experience as both a physiotherapist and a strength coach.

Here are situations that I had in mind when designing the strength assessment:

  • Athletes with frequent or re-occurring injuries and looking for help to build a strength plan to prevent injuries and keep them in their sport

  • Physiotherapy patients who are graduating from injury rehab and want help with returning to or starting strength workouts

  • Teen athletes (and parents) looking for dumbbell and barbell exercise and programming guidance

  • People recently diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteoarthritis and looking for help with the strengthening component in the management of their condition
