You’re in the right place if you are looking for help and guidance to get back to movement and sports after injury.

As an exercise enthusiast myself, I love to run, lift heavy weights and paddleboard (to name a few)!

As a physiotherapist and strength coach, I am passionate about coaching people back to feeling strong and in control of their physical health.

I work with patients/clients/athletes/rebuilders in-person in the west end of Ottawa out of REclaim Physiotherapy located at 30 Edgewater St. Unit 124, and virtually to residents across Ontario.

    In-person or virtually, a 60-minute session to determine your current strength level and exercise preferences and instruct in and build a personalized strength program.

    Workshop offerings relating to strength for runners, longevity in running and beginner strength training.

Who I work with

I help people who love to move and cannot do so because of injury.

I work with people looking to add strength training to their routine, for reasons including longevity, supporting a health diagnosis, returning-to-sport post-injury and improving their sport performance.
